| Aviation Services-- Launched in 2002 with the much response to delivering medical supplies to Guam, US relief supplies to Sri Lanka after the tsunami in December 2002, 76 flights to move power generators from the US, Mexico, Ghana and Turkey for a government contractor serving the US Army Corps of Engineers. A front-line responder with Hurricane Katrina, hired by Tenet Healthcare Corp. to help evacuate two New Orleans hospitals. |

| Aviation Services integrates numerous services into ALERT, including dedicated rotary-wing (helicopter) assets; dedicated fix-wing (private jet) assets; forward operating teams; real-time field based communications; facility level evacuation, stabilization plans and drills. For a given disaster or business interruption, Aviation Services mobilizes its aviation and personnel resources within hours to the client facility in the impacted area or to nearby staging locations. |

| Thomas W. Uglialoro, Chief Executive Officer/ Founder. Founded Aviation Services Group in March 2002, Tom oversees the daily operations of Aviation Services while also guiding the overall strategic direction of the company. Prior to Aviation Services, he served as the Director of Operations for a charter management company based in Dallas, Texas where he presided over the recovery of the US Air Force EP-3E Orion surveillance aircraft downed at Hainon Island, China. He also played a pivotal role in the development of a rapid-response recovery program for the aircraft engines division of General Electric. Don K. Berry, Vice President Network Development and Planning, Don oversees all the design of transportation and logistics services activities for Aviation Services. Prior to joining Aviation Services in January of 2003, he served as Vice President Safety and Security for Express One Airlines. An experienced C-30 pilot and remains highly respected in military logistics. Erich Espino, Vice President of Operations. Erich directs all air logistics and transportation execution level activities within Aviation Services. Erich ensures that all inception to completion steps for any Air Charter, Air Bridge or ALERT programs are carried out successfully. He came to us from Miami where he ran Espino Professional Services, an international air charter, forwarding and cargo handling operation with extensive ties to Haiti. |
